 Where are you located?

Sorry we do not have on site location to buy are merch as we work in a small workshop that mainly focused on production. However you are looking to do custom clothing we still schedule an appointment time to meet up with us.

How come I don't see any of the books I saw at a show and I want to order that book? (anime/video game/geek fandom)

 As of January 2020, we are only making those books for custom sales or for psychical shops that carry our merchandise. Please do not let this deter you from ordering as we still make these books. Please email us before ordering or shop at any of the places listed in out blog for locations.

Do you have "Ready to Ship" items?

Yes and No. In order to keep waste down, everything is made to order only. The only items that will be offer as ready to ship are sale/discontinue and will be label such.

How come my order has not shipped yet?

Due to COVID, orders can take up to 4 - 6 weeks to complete. As we do not keep anything on hand as ALL ORDERS are made to order.  We are two person team and times will be slow with us working on orders. Please email us first on production times. 

Do you offer wholesale availability?

Yes, we do wholesale on certain listed and non listed item here. Please message us for details.

Do you take custom and personalized orders?

We take custom orders on anything leather and non leather items please email us with details. Due to recent orders, we now require a 50% non refundable deposit before we start on any items. Orders for books, flasks, drink ware and googles can take up to 4 - 6 weeks, 6-9 weeks on leather custom pieces depending on the items and up to 9 - 12 weeks on custom clothing items.

Where do your leather come from? Is your leather ethically sourced?

Yes. We sourced all of our leather from various tanneries locally and nationwide. 

Do you have a sizing chart for clothing?

All clothing items are made to your measurements unless specified in listing at the time of posting.

Why does my book/accessories/clothing item have scarring/branding/numbers on them? (Leather goods only)

We take great stride not to send any books or items with the hides of the cow that has been branded. However, we do make custom books with the parts of the leather that are deemed “damaged”. Please message us if you are interested in books made with the branding.

Is your leather “Genuine Leather” or “ patent leather”? Do you offer these as alternative choices? 

No we do not use alternative "leathers" to make our goods. Genuine Leather is not real leather. Our leather is pure 100% cow.

What days do you ship out items?

Due to COVID-19 Mondays & Fridays only. This will change in to accordance of state ruling on the situation and post office situation. 

Do you offer rush order?

Yes. Any rush orders starts at $30 and up. Please check the tab for pricing.

How long does shipping take?

Everything we ship is via priority shipping which includes insurance under $100 unless stated otherwise.

USA/Canada/ Mexico Up to 7 - 14 business days.

International Up to 21 - 45 business days.

Please also be advised that some countries have their own import fees and that we will not mark any items as gift or under declared any items.

We are not responsible for customs fees.

My package got lost in the mail. What can I do?

For any reason the tracking number status isn't updating please contact the shipping company's official phone number to see where the package was last scanned. 

If the package is in your area and hasn't arrived, call your local post office to see if it's being held. Also make sure you check your door for missed delivery attempts.

international orders, the item may be held in customs for various reasons. Keep a look out for any notices.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages with wrong addresses. Please make sure you keep track of your package via the tracking number.

My package was returned to you? Why?

Please be advised that returned mail is due to an incorrect mailing address will result in you having the repay for the shipping.

Please be advised that unclaimed mail will result in you having the repay for the shipping.

Please also be advised that some countries have their own import fees. Please be prepared to pay for these fees. Any returned packages due to unpaid fees will result in you having the repay for the shipping.
