Refund policy

Returns:

To start the refund process, please email us within 7 days of receiving the package.

Returning an item without contacting us first will result in a partial refund + 20% restocking fee.

Returns are on a case by case basis. When purchasing items, be aware that everything is handmade or custom, and as such, the appearance will vary from item to item and may be different than the exact photos that are shown online. Our policy to return items the goods within 7 days only. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and the reason why.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. There will be a 20% restocking fee if a refund is accepted.

Goggles

Custom Orders

Wearables (i.e pouches, bags, armor, shirts)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, a restocking fee of 20% will be taken from the refund.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

Refunds may take a full 5 - 14 business days to process with your bank and 6 - 20 business days with your credit card. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank/ credit card issuer again.

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at defycondlctreasure@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

Lower face mask, full face mask, and wearables can not be refunded/exchanged. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with pictures of the defective or damaged product at defycondlctreasure@gmail.com for instructions on where to send the product back to the company.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
